Disbursements:

The majority of immigration applications carry a Home Office fee. This is payable to the Home Office for them to process your application.  You may also have to meet fees for an  interpreter, translation fees or fees for an expert. These fees are not included in the legal fees. You maybe entitled to a apply for a fee waiver. You may also be entitled to apply for legal aid.
